beeing a pet friendly hotel it s definitely a plus

wifi needs little boost! it was ok, but not stable.

breakfast was not included, but it was possible to order room service from the serranillo restaurant or go

the wifi network, which i found to be weak.

only reason i'm not giving this hotel a 10/10 is the wifi in our third floor room was spotty

quaint, quiet setting next to a stream, little balcony - the fireplace is wonderful and makes for a cozy atmosphere

insulation + tiled floors means without the fire it gets cold in the room, dress accordingly - wifi does not

free parking is a great bonus

the shared kitchen was plenty equipped, and the brothers who run the place were great

boy or front desk knew a bit more about a transportation service named kolors which stops in the parking lot of

the elevator doesn t reach the basement, where is the parking

decent internet, close to taquerias open late and farmacia, pretty furnishings, good price, good laundry

mondays the restaurant is closed so the included breakfast is way worse than the normal one, which is not that

good breakfast and clean place

is only one staff member in the hotel no bellboy no one to help there is no room service and restaurant closes

breakfast was excellent, the staff was exceptional, the room and overall hotel was beautiful

mariluz also happened to be the cook and server when we went for breakfast in the morning and got delicious

didn't like that electric fireplace didn't work in my room

staff and parking staff were very friendly

also, the swimming pool seems nice but it is not warmed up and by so, freezing

swimming pool cold and very bad quality in the hotel of the restaurant

pool was not clean, rooms are cold, restaurant is not recommended, wifi is slow, very bureaucratic
