pool area needed attention

parking space

i did not like that when we came back to the hotel i had no parking

bed, pillows, hot breakfast, friendly staff, ice machine. nightlight in the bathroom.

the staff was exceptional! breakfast was good lots of choices.

were awful, bed was hard, spa was closed, only door you could enter was the front, ice machine on second floor

wish the pool was open was looking forward to the indoor pool and spa but hey maybe next time

the pool and spa was down and we wasn t informed of it before hand

the breakfast was hot and plenty of options, the furnishings was modern

it was convenient and very clean ! pool was great and clean!

there was plenty of boat parking. each spot had a charging station and was numbered.

had a good full breakfast with eggs, sausage, and bisquits and gravy.

pet hotel

great location, friendly staff, and a bit of a area for pets

staff friendly, room clean, easy parking. location idea.

boat parking was ok and safe.was nice clean every day. not a loud place

non-smoking room reeked of smoke 2

room was supposed to have a spa tub but it didnt when i brought it to thier attention they wanted to charge $7

spa in bedroom...

spa room is next to a guy who lives there and is always drunk he screamed and yelled and threatened

spa tub was disgusting and they charged for everything

the spa tub and the room was clean

public, when we got to our room which was 120 at the end of the property, we noticed there was a space heater

the side of the spa tub was broken off and the tv is too low for the bed you can hardly see it laying down

the staff was very friendly it was very clean was plenty of towels for the spa tub..

also, the spa bath that was a bonus to the room smelled like rotten eggs and spit out a bunch of dirt when

wasn't very friendly and i didn't like it wifi hardly worked

wifi was shaky, and couldn't be trusted for a second. outdated, worn, battered and rickety.

large pool and family friendly atmosphere make the stay very comfortable and enjoyable

step up from parking lot level to sidewalk level & additional step up into room

breakfast was tasty - offered everything you could think of to eat for breakfast

the amenities are great. good breakfast. nice pool and hot tub. easy on/off highway.

but yet him and his buddies was out in the parking lot smoking stuff at 1030,,we probably wont be back

internet was easy to connect but somewhat slow, wifi guard showed 20 to 50 users at various times

odor of people smoking at stairwells & sometimes odor was sucked into my room through the air conditioner

pool and spa could have better upkeep

how big the room was and the spa bathtub!

parking was great even had covered parking and getting around town was great the staff even gave us

did not eat at restaurant or try bar but they seemed nice and were on premises

my kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub
