the outdoor pool area and surrounding patios need maintenance

the staff was outstanding the two guys making breakfast were great

there were guys cutting down tree limbs so most of the parking was blocked by cones an the ice machine wasn't

lady at the desk when i first tried to check in was rude i got a room with a spa tub and it was so loud and

there still is no breakfast,gym or pool although public pools and gyms are now open and restaurants are now open

bathroom was not as updated as the room. not enough parking for the overnight.

parking was tight, desk staff not very friendly and no free continental breakfast for an expensive

parking lot was resealed, but not striped yet, & it was roped off the whole weekend

in our room smelled moldy/mildewy and made the room smell really musty (unhealthy especially with kids and

not much in the way of breakfast, but i think that is due to covid.

everything was great about the hotel, i just wish it has a laundry room

staff was awesome. kids loved the pool. lots of choices for free breakfast.

the coffee was cold and the breakfast food was not as warm as it could have been but overall an excellent stay

spa tub worked. set up good and refrigerator worked. tv worked.

i was asked to use the snow shovel from my car to help dig others out after they played about the parking lot
