the hotel and spa are very nice

i booked a massage at the spa and the spa is amazing as well with very good prices

impromptu visit to their spa was totally worth the visit, lacey was amazing

the spa is first class

parking lot it was not that good and wifi not good it dropped a lot

wall fireplace was a welcomed surprise

a little pricey for now, especially when the parking lot isn't finished and there is no landscaping

the parking can be competitive, so squat your spot as tourists can take your place

we were assured it was a fully stocked kitchen, but we found some things lacking that would have made it better

lava spa motel is the cleanest, most convenient motel, and we try to make it our spot

they ensured my mother with mobility issues would have parking

jets in the spa did not work, but we did not call and ask for help, so it probably would have been resolved

each room had a spa and a huge tv

the breakfast option was a little disappointing as it was costco treats in a basket delivered the night

the fireplace was nice

with the continental breakfast i was able to pick out my rolls and fruit that i wanted for myself

very clean very friendly staff and best of all pool and spa were open 24hrs

the pool and spa were huge and have 24 hour access which we loved

no complaints on the place, some kids were loud in the halls but you cannot hold that against the hotel

of kids running and shrieking in the hallways until 9:45 pm but that i donâ

breakfast and pool were the kids' favorite parts. clean. cozy.

the spa was gross with hair everywhere

pool and spa not clean. building worn out. bed was reasonable. toilet could use some bleach.

hair in bathroom, dirty sock and garbage under fold out couch, garbage left in kitchenette, etc

i reserved a kitchenette two weeks in advance and was told they didn't have any when i got there

the convenience of the bar and restaurant at the hotel was nice.
