pool and spa was closed. no breakfast.

we didn t get to use the pool or hot tub because they were full of kids

because we took one home , and i just saw one and our laundry and i would like my money

parking lot and gardens could use a little attention

back parking lot has 3 flood lights but only one of them worked and that was on the end

bigger spa tub, price, view, amount of towels, beds were not that comfortable, very warm in

jets in the spa needed to be cleaned. there was half lotion in the bathroom.

reserved the king suit with spa tub and it was a regular room with a tiny tub

a spa bath room and once i arrived they gave me a basic room at a higher price

room we got had a spa bath and the jets did not work we got there late and left early and still got charged an

very nice room and pool area. the room was also nice.

was out of lots of food/drink options, pool was closed the entire weekend, and they wouldn t even allow a late

rooftop bar is amazing! staff was very friendly and helpful. free parking is a plus!

parking is terrible!!! pool is broke. would ve been nice to been told that whole booking.

valet parking is offered, it is very limited

was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, appreciated having a microwave in the room and free shampoo/body

the room was extremely clean & comfortable! the spa & pool were nice as well.

we stayed in a suite with a spa and the whirlpool tub only worked on half of the tub

then because the water didn't work in the spa tub

had to clean spa tub before using it

husband and i were very displeased with the spa suite, considering we were unable to use the spa

spa tub nice and relaxing, bed comfortable, air worked good, clean, updated

sheets were stained and portions of the spa bath wasnt working properly

should have bathroom towels and spa towels

loved the spacious, clean room. the layout with the spa was cute

also, i feel like room with spa should have more towels

said heated pool and it was too cold to get in

everything was upto date pool was really nice and warm and the hot tub was huge
