to check / alter my booking, it was not very clear if i was contacting the sports centre, a spa or a hotel -

specifically chose the accommodation for the spa facility, only to find out it was closed

wifi has restrictions on acceptable sites. anything alcohol related is barred.

wholesome, and quiet place to reset - huge bed, lovely shower, superb location, and all the gym, steam room,

lots of parking

food gym and spa facilities and nice breakfast

sure you book any additional spa treatments you would look before you arrive as no availability when we

shame it was raining but great excuse to sit and lounge by the pool/ spa all day

everything, comfort, cleanliness, impeccable staff and service, the spa and facilities

hotel is gorgeous, spa is always spotless and food/drinks always of an exceptional standard

the early morning teal and the late night duty manager - all outstanding - and the guy behind the bar who made

the complimentary flowers and champagne in the room and complimentary champagne at the bar were very much

outside a nice big terrace and a private parking

also having live music and dj at the bar area was so fun

this was a birthday weekend and holly at the spa and anna / sam at the dining room really made it an unforgettable

the renowned spa lived up to its reputation and the staff across the complex could not have been more helpful

room was clean as was the spa area

fact that me and my wife went there for the spa night and couldn t use it because it had been shut down

spa was quite small, with only one jacuzzi pool and a sauna, though there were plenty of treatment

thought the spa would be bigger - there is just an outside hot tub and indoor sauna

d say the spa area was small with only a hot tub outside and a sauna

i had a massage in the spa which lovely

the treatments at the spa are divine

hotel would benefit from spa facilities and the full english breakfast was missing did not change our excellent

sauna, spa and gym were closed by 4pm (before we arrived and it had been one of the main draws to the

the spa and sauna were out of order when we were there, which is annoying because it was the reason i

brought my wife to the hotel for a surprise anniversary spa getaway and though i had planned a few things, i

loved the whole stay, the food, the staff's friendliness, the spa facilities everything was terrific
