friendly staff, full access to pool, spa and any needs

expensive for what you got fitness center should not be called a fitness center the spa was down the whole time

really don t have complaints but the pool could have been warmer.

got to the room and there was no wifi or cable

sadly, the pool and spa were broken.

upon check in i found out the pool/spa were closed

the only complaint is pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance.

the upgrade was a pleasant surprise & the pool & spa are awesome & a real treat.

we had a nice kitchen to prepare a meal but the only chair was at the one at the desk

very comfy bed,very clean and we love the indoor pool

i stayed in the 2 queen with spa tub and it was very nice

the spa bathtub was pretty small and we booked the room to have that anenity

excellent location for walking around the town. enjoyed the spa tub

the wifi and cable package are horrendous

i needed to ask stephanie for another room or to have her get me wifi another way

the staff was welcoming, breakfast the next morning was good, the location was excellent (lots of places to

parking is a little tight but with that said, i found a spot every night for my crew cab pickup

room was close to the kitchen, so the smell of grilled meat was very strong

we enjoyed free parking and the free daily breakfasts including the larger sunday brunch with table service

the breakfast was fine

needs to be updated by resurfacing it chemicals in spa was strong had skin reaction due to either combine chlorine

suites have nice room layout & ample space

my kids had so much fun in the pool and spa area

the pool and spa were very nice to relax in

was a beautiful fireplace as you enter but not on during our stay
