lack of communication with spa pillows and no room tidy up as advertised

i will definitely stay here again but longer and make the most of the spa facilities

spa facilities are really tired; the sauna does not work properly and the wood is rotting

there is a swimming pool, sauna and a spa centre

would have been nice to have spa facilities

hotel was advertised with gym and sports room but non were

eateries, gym, town centre etc

i tried to ask the receptionist about some basic things, like wifi password etc and she was very condescending

3rd stay didn t disappoint, we booked a pet friendly family room and it was beautiful

works well for a stay with kids as you have separate spaces but in your own secure room

hotel is on the beachfront it has amazing facilities including a late night bar swimming pool and spa features

good - booked again for next year but this time will take advantage of the swimming pool and spa

and perfectly individualised to what i needed, i will definitely come again for the massage, the spa snd wonderful

breakfast was great, evening meal excellent, room comfortable spa facilities good

booked this place cos it has a pool and gym/ spa facilities lounge area very aesthetic

helpful, food fantastic, exceptionally clean, pool and spa beautiful, games room excellent, rooms spactious

very busy with 2 large groups we had a great time fab facilities and a great spa experience

the spa is brill too

one nit pick, i was told if staying at the hotel you get 20% off the spa treatments

and the wifi service was patchy at best

if you did not want to eat at the hotel (it has a great bar and menu) then there are plenty of cafes and

the hotel is beautiful great facilities spa lovely everything is kept very clean everything there you need and

really enjoyed the spa facilities too

there is also no spa so i am unsure why it is named lynwood hotel and spa

they don't have spa or a bath or bath robes given on arrival which is clearly advertised

spa was closed

no parking available , room very basic and tired looking , no bar or spa - not as advertised.

our room was a brilliant size for all of us, kids had interconnecting room with 2 sets of bunk beds and large

noise from kids

only issue was the wifi didn't reach to our room

fault this place, if i was to be super critical i'd say maybe a bottled beer selection at the bar would be good

liked there was 2 rooms to have abit of privacy from kids, mattress was comfty

dog jumping up at me throughout the lounge, dirty rooms and dining room where they stored dirty laundry and

owner was friendly, and there was a bar and let us take the drinks to our room.

advertisement boasts that there's a spa etc but it definitely doesn't give off that vibe at first glance and

were ignorant on arrival, we paid for a spa bath but it didn't work, could not get sky to work, breakfast well

the spa bath was lovely and the room was nice and quiet from other guests noise, bed was very

spa bath was fantastic and beds very comfortable

thought it would have been a spa bath becouse the web sit did not give us that option and just said there was

modern room and the spa bath was great

com was saying that this hotel had sauna, which had but it is an extra cost with a spa charges, so it should be

stadium tour to generate the club more income ,, a swimming pool would be good , i know it had a spa but i didn

comfortable,very clean ,very good breakfast,my wife and her sister were very impressed with the spa treatments

there we're no facilities in hotel apart from a spa (extra cost ) and a gym which was clossed
