didn't like that i didn't take the time to use the pool or fitness center since we were so busy

didn't get to use the pool but the gym was nice

the parking was good. room was very comfortable and thr black out curtains worked very well

everything from the clean comfortable beds to the breakfast and the 24 hour coffee.

i was supposed to get a room with 1 king size bed and a spa/hot tub in the room

my kids and i loved the slide and the breakfast buffet was really good too

they have cereal, toast, coffee,tea & juices, doughnuts, yogurt & applesauce for breakfast every morning from

pet fee and the hot tub has been down and most definitely looks like it won't be fixed anytime soon

the spa was not working

spa wasn t working and that was one reason we chose this place so that was disappointing

hours of the pool

to covid-19 they did not have free breakfast

the tv worked effortless and the wifi was good and fast

no kettle in room. no tea bags. no spoons or ceramic cups. a spa or sauna would be really nice.

breakfast looks like a included buffet and nobody was around to say it wasnt free until a staff

decor is horrifying, no tub, allows pets but has nowhere to take them out, parking is $18

didn t realise parking wasn t included and i also was charged an extra $5 dollars for room service which i

also, when i had trouble with the dryer in the laundry room, the maintenance guy was there to meet me before

only sour note was the fact that their spa facility was down for maintenance, which was a big reason we chose

spa and sauna were closed but we haven t been informed upfront

wish the spa was open longer hours.

on site ping pong table, rock wall, and board games were enjoyed by kids

the location, the amenities, the breakfast (when it s bacon!!) spa the whole nine.

the spa tub was missing the button to turn on the jets and last but not least the room next to mine was

like that there super friendly and literally the only place with a decent price for spa tubs in the room

great room. very comfortable bed. nice spa tub in the room!

i would ve used your spa if i could ve made an online appointment, but i couldn t, so we went somewhere

room: bed, tv channels, and view. spa treatments were world class.

airport shuttle was the only complaint i can think of

the spa was closed the 1st two days and the exercise room wasn't open the entire time

pool/spa down for maintenance. unavoidable

could use more parking. one night we had to park next door as all the spaces were taken.

the pool is being remodeled. but we were able to use hampton inns next door due to the remodel.
