no microwave in room and pool was cold

i requested early check in and they allowed it without hesitation

later room service would have been a plus. parking wasn t optimal.

i loved the staff, particularly patricio- he was very accommodating and my kids loved him

out the pool however staff gave extra blankets and offer to switch room but it was super late kids were sleeping

i like that there was a bar and 24/7 room service

was perfect although i will say that the pull-out couch was the worst my kids have ever slept on
