the front desk agent was also not knowledgeable about room service availability

and perhaps because it was underground, the wifi signal was nearly non-existent

came specifically to this hotel because the gym looked good online

its downtown and theres a lot of people around at night and the parking lot is open to public

they waved the pet fee which was awesome

the dog at the front desk is elderly, and stays behind the desk - but pet dander could be a problem if you have

swimming pool and hot tub, location is also good with restaurants and shopping center near by

pool/spa had ph issues, so couldn't use the hot tub, but at least they let us know

young granddaughter loved the breakfast and the pool

the gym had everything i needed for a great workout! free hot breakfast was fantastic!
