the room temperature, wifi, car parking, clean room, excellent reception staff

was no phone number on the room service menu so i had to go downstairs to get the number from reception

you come later in the evening on a weekend, don t expect a lot of parking

the parking was a bit confusing.

sauna in fitness room is far from providing a spa facility

its not a dislike but if there was a spa or gym it would be good.

the parking is secure under the hotel with buzzer activated doors so your vehicle is totally safe

the bar and restaurant were closed when we arrived at around 22:30 but the bar in the foyer was open

only small fault we thought the south bar was in the hotel and the walk to spa was further than expected

only comment is that the spa facilities require a little more maintenance as signs of age are visible

spa isn t as nice as the rest of the property

not a dislike more a preference. i need a hip replacement and the spa was very far away.
