spa tub was a nice touch

the spa tub was not up to expectations.

ugly tile repairs after installing or repairing the spa tub, cracked floor tiles, etc

rented a room with a spa tub and it was absolutely lovely

wifi didn't work the entire time we were there, and yes, we hooked up with cnn first

i was granted a late check out which i appreciated so much

pool was very poorly lit at night

since we were traveling with pets, it was nice to be given a first floor room without us requesting

pet friendly

location, staff, early check in, bathroom and room seemed clean.
