spacious the bathroom and spa bath has lights that change colour via a little touch screen pad,

we booked the shaldon suite which was amazingly presented with new deep pipe carpet and very spacious

plenty of space, really comfy big bed

the spa bath didn't work, however, after speaking to our receptionist, this may have been due to an

good wifi signal too

be due to covid but spa staff working a short day

it said there was a spa when i booked but that should include a sauna and there was no sauna

reflexology was not available from the health spa there was no sky sports available on the tv

was no sauna/ spa jacuzzi which would have been great during the appalling weather

so no 4g / 3g or internet via their wifi

spa is the perfect anti dote to a stressful car journey

amazing property so elegant. the spa is amazing and the food

we couldn t book the spa for the time we wanted - perhaps i left it too late

due to covid the spa and gym were closed but the hotel itself was still lovely

t reflected in the price as we still paid 200+ the pool was the main reason we booked for the kids whilst

i could say is when i used the pool the womens changing room floor was a bit filthy, however the spa in general

we had room service for breakfast and dinner one day and it was lovely

though there were practically no customers left in the restaurant and bar the music kept playing rather loudly

couldn t get the general wifi to work in my room had to have a short walk from room to breakfast in the rain

spa facilities was out of order and couldn't use it but they compasated us for the

spa treatments were nice and relaxing and the room was comfortable with a beautiful

spa facilities, able to use it till 9pm each evening

the spa facility and availability was limited. so it's worth booking in advance.

that the spa seemed a bit cold in temperature throughout, although was nice that it was open each day

spa could be better. i wouldn t even call it spa.

at the spa i had an awesome facial and would recommend their espa facial products , not

shame the spa didn t have a hot tub just a cold bubbly area

room in spa wasn t warm enough or giving out any steam

we also went to the actual spa for some massages

the spa was closed so we didn t get chance to use it.
