spa jet bathtub in room

i stayed in a room with a spa tub and that was wonderful, water was hot and tub and jets were clean which is

indoor pool & spa are good for long travel

negative i have was the spa tub no directions to use it so i thought it was broke but turned out i had to flip

nice pool and spa area, nice breakfast, and friendly staff.

* parking was easy and there was plenty of space * proximity to shuttle services

the closure of on-site shops and spa left limited options, while the noisy hvac ac units downstairs made balcony

told us the others had been down for months) and they were both filled with unsupervised kids (12-15 kids in

expect a little more complimentary items in hotel room - laundry bag, water, etc

so we got stuck eating bar food with minimal choices

the spa tub that is listed on the pictures is not what is actually in the room and we paid extra for

i grabbed the cleaning thing and started trying to clean it myself for my kids to play because none of the

parking was terrible, bathroom was semi clean

kids loved the swimming pool!

to bar at 9:30pm got a drink then was told they were closing

we loved that they had a complimentary breakfast, coffee and drinks of many varieties

breakfast was wonderful

breakfast was amazing! staff is amazing! was like a mini biltmore estate! we will be back.

loved the butler service and the spa was first class

dinner at letrecu was amazing but very expensive. jamaican bobsledding was great. spa good.
