nice spa and pool

rooms are very clean, nice, and spacious

the fireplace was my favorite, but the spa tub was also excellent

hotel has the biggest spa i know of

the bed in the spa suite was not as comfortable as other rooms i have stayed in

it s near where my kids live and it s pretty nice but the mattresses are so awful i m not sure it s

almost clean, hair in the tub. bar was closed on a friday night

lots of kids running around in hallways without adult supervision

loved the breakfast and the in room wifi- bed was pretty darn comfy

be aware this hotel accepts pets

pool size is small but this is not everyone s priority when staying

lack of late night adult only pool/hot tub hours.

we did not use the pool or exercise area but they looked good

the pool and hot tub was fantastic

very clean. everything up to date. beds and pillow comfy. kids loves the pool and hot tub

the spa tub n the room

i like the spa tub in the room

it was however, the best microtel jacuzzi/spa

we arrived in the 1st room exhaust fan cover was hanging from ceiling, windows in spa bath were wide open with

own spa tub in room and don t have to share one

the pool, spa and sauna were lovely additions to the affordable accomodations

the spa was down for maintenance.

had the spa room and as a person with limited mobility had problem getting out of the tub, need more

love this hotel, the pool,jacuzzi were excellent the bed and pillows were very comfortable

she then explained where my room was located, told me about breakfast, the indoor swimming pool hours, and

spacious room,amazing bathroom with walk in shower, nice pool, spa and fitness area.

friendly airport shuttle service, very clean room, nice and fancy facilities, nice restaurant and breakfast,

the fact that breakfast is not included in the stay it is 9.95 per person that's a bit much

we stayed in a poolside room and were very happy with how quiet it was even when there were children in the

location, pet friendly,

the hallways could have been cleaner and there needs to be a couple more handicap parking w

the pool was open 24/7 and the breakfast was a huge buffet and everything was really good.

the swimming pool was warm!!!!! so nice.

they charged me twice for a pet deposit. it's yet to be taken care of.

first room we were in the spa tub didn't work

sofa bed would have been fantastic for one or two people but was lacking for two adults and two kids

room was dated, furniture was covered in pet hair, carpet was coming up from the floor, bed pillows were cheap

nice rooms, ample parking

room and parking was okay .

the amenities were great. the gym, pool and breakfast were lovely

she was taking care of everything, including hotel laundry as well as helping customers

clean. beautiful view out of our window of a small pond. comfortable. breakfast was great.

having a parking lot veiw was okay wasnt much to see.

do not get a spa tub room, ours have black furry mold in it as soon as we turned it on, and we had to jump out

pool water was cold for my liking (78 degrees)

didn t like the fact that they didn t have a place to do laundry

younger adults had been smoking in the elevator so it smelled really bad.

the pool was filthy needs a good scrub down . walls in our room were very uncleanly

the pool was pretty small but served its purpose for the kids just using it a couple of times.

when we went to bed, there was an impromptu baseball game being held in the parking lot behind the hotel

the pool was closed one day. always had to ask for towels and breakfast you pay for.

breakfast is available but not continental. pool/hot tub are both quite small.

nicest staff, spa area and room

beautiful property. huge rooms; we had a fireplace spa tub, and 50 in flat screen.

bar was nice & had good drinks

also liked the hotel bar

also, only one mirror in bathroom, really need second in room or over bar area

great location, easy to park, most places in the city are walkable, excellent breakfast, nice pool area and

usually when i go to hotels there is a lot of kids and not really enough for adults to do

this was very challenging with a pet and using the elevator

the equipment in the gym was all out of order

the room had a funky smell, like it had been smoked in, and they never changed the carpet

i was sad the spa wasn't working

and the staff was very responsive to one cleanliness issue i pointed out to them in the pool/spa area

spa temp was cooler the second night.

shuttle taking you to places within a 2 mile radius was great

romantic room with the spa bath and huge bathroom bed was comfy no complaints besides no parking

for a spa room and the tub jets were dirty, asked for extra towels and didn't receive any, got a late

parking is harder to find than other places we have stayed, but it was still convenient enough.

we tried many times to visit the pool - but could never use it due to the large amounts of kids

staff, decor, happy hour. pet friendly

of the best heated pools i have used and the spa is nice and bubbly the store inside the hotel is very convenient

the arcade, pool and spa were a huge benefit to us since our other weekend plans fell through

our daughter and boyfriend made use of the pool and spa which were excellent and very clean

love the location the pool and spa area it's clean and comfortable also perfect distance from val

the jets in the spa in the bedroom didn t work. also the pool was not open.

there were springs sticking out of the spa tub jets, seamen on the foot rest, and pieces of what appeared to
