loved the spa facilities and outdoor hot tub/pool

there is a very nice spa area as well as an outdoor pool, which is especially popular with the kids

beautiful for walking around, ice-skating and tobogganing were lots of fun and the pool/spa was also great

getting a massage came with access to the luxurious spa facility that had a lounge with a postcard view of the

the main pool was a bit too cold - but the spa tub was excellent

the hot tub and appreciated the free laundry

quiet location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, air conditioned room, coin laundry.

it was absolutely amazing being able to find an affordable place to stay, with a very reasonable pet-room rate

was told no early check in then got early check in noise carried easily from room upstairs

the gym is a little too cold to enter from outside, could be better with a changing room inside

staff were friendly and always available and the spa was used every day

pool & spa are great

the property was well situated and super clean. the spa was great after a long day of walking.
