pool was dirty and freezing

gym needs upgraded

during breakfast the staff was slow bringing drinks but the hotel was packed so maybe they aren t used

quality of the breakfast, had to ask for milk, butter, no toast,

for one night and by the time we realised it wasn t working it was late in the evening and kids had gone to

hot tub/ spa was under maintenance and boarded up during our stay

spa was not working when we visited

accommodated my request for early check in and high floor which made my experience absolutely perfect

the rooftop pool spectacular

some of our family members enjoyed the gym and the views from the rooftop pool were amazing

the jets in the spa tub did not work

one was hair in my spa tub

like the location & the deal i got on the room with the spa tub

the room was clean very spacious (i booked the king suite with spa tub) the bathroom was indeed my favorite

only one elevator worked at the time, also the spa tub jets wasn't working

loved the location, the restaurant, the bar. loved the spa like bathroom and the wood floors

pool area wasn't cleaned of leaves

people getting in and out of pool and straight to elevator area and in elevators, something should be done about

the room smelt musky and the laundry room was broke

staff was friendly and always smiling. breakfast was warm.

there was a mess in the little kitchenette area of the room and the bathroom looked like it hadn t been

friendly staff, breakfast was good and nutritional, plenty of places to eat out bars were close.

got bit up with ants when loading up my vehicle in the front parking lot

spa was not in working order.

parking was a bit tight and the ducks there are in the way pretty bad and leave droppings all over

the breakfast was amazing! the staff was nice and informative.

the hot breakfast was good and different on the 2 days i stayed

beds were very uncomfortable, laundry room unclean, and bath towels were dingy.
