the pool and spa were a welcome surprise since it was snowing outside

spa out of service in the pool/fitness center

picked this hotel as it had a spa however it was out of service the whole vacation.

in bathroom didn't work, lack of pool towels

it was noisy with large truck running in parking lot.

the pool and spa was nice

the bar and the grill

hotel is big and has diffefent services including swimming pool, gym, restaurants

accommodated my early check in time so i could not be late to my event

strong chlorine smell from pool

spa bath was way smaller than mine at home

spa tub was nice staff was nice

there were springs sticking out of the spa tub jets, seamen on the foot rest, and pieces of what appeared to

the jets in the spa in the bedroom didn t work. also the pool was not open.

smelled like weed, our bathroom light wouldn't stay on, my kids bathed in the dark, myself and my child woke up

very clean and comfortable, pool and spa perfect

our daughter and boyfriend made use of the pool and spa which were excellent and very clean

love the location the pool and spa area it's clean and comfortable also perfect distance from val

the arcade, pool and spa were a huge benefit to us since our other weekend plans fell through

of the best heated pools i have used and the spa is nice and bubbly the store inside the hotel is very convenient

i was sad the spa wasn't working

spa temp was cooler the second night.

and the staff was very responsive to one cleanliness issue i pointed out to them in the pool/spa area

room and hallways were very clean. no parking fees.

free breakfast was delicious and generous, plus free parking, wifi, and premium cable was an additional plus

beautiful property. huge rooms; we had a fireplace spa tub, and 50 in flat screen.

you don't like clean rooms, top quality beds, unique atmosphere, excellent fitness facility with spa, amazing

also, only one mirror in bathroom, really need second in room or over bar area

there must of been a convention in town, lot of young kids. a bit loud

the hotel was full of baseball and basketball kids running all over

breakfast was great, got upgraded room to a better view by the very nice manager on duty at the

property had plenty of parking, staff was really good, pools and hot tub clean.

did not go to there breakfast not a breakfast eater

having protein options for breakfast would have been nice.

i believe they have a floor where if you have a pet you must stay

first room we were in the spa tub didn't work

the hot breakfast was also an added bonus

like that this hotel has ample free parking, it's pet friendly, has a hot tub and pool with generous hours and

i noticed the breakfast plates were compostable, but no compost was available

the high school group of kids, probably about 50 were very rude while we were trying to get some breakfast

rooms were really clean and comfortable and the pool was fun and the pool water was very warm so my kids enjoyed

nice location and well lit parking. a little too well-lit outside our window perhaps ?
