i had a problem with the wifi reception in my room and i received a room upgrade without question

there was plenty of parking

i was being picky, i would ask that the plastic lounger around the pool be replaced with the canvas one that

spa was lovely after a long hike in the mountains

i was hiking all day and spent more than 2 hours melting into bliss in the spa and due to the time of

room was spacious and including a spa the restaurant proposes very good meals for a low price breakfast

the only criticism was there was no soap or bubble bath with the spa bath.

two small comments: my parking spot was taken by someone else three times on the same day

have been nice for the bar by the pool to be open for drinks all day as signs say you are unable to drink around

no bar or anywhere to have a little to eat.

had to leave main building by 11pm as bar and main door closed at 11pm and we weren't able to have a key to get

even though we speak basic spanish, we struggled every day to order things we normally have no issue with

trying to take their drinks, from the bar, out into the fresh air (not the pool area, which is rightly fenced

i found the spa treatments on the expensive side of things but is there if one wanted to use it

extra pools for kids and adults are closed in winter season but look great we did not attend spa or gym but

the spa area was a bit confusing, i wasn't sure if it was open.

one evening i was completely ignored by staff for a long time and then a spanish man walked up and got served

was never mentioned before arrival that we have to pay extra for using the spa, as a spa hotel we were expecting

disappointed spa wasn't open but it was being refurbished

you have to book the spa, 5th floor jacuzzi with city views, the steam room is extra and not switched on unless

the spa was a jacuzzi and a steam room. i think overpriced for what it is

tea/coffee making facilities in the room, our room should have had free access to the spa, but when i went to

spa area a bit minimalist.

the spa had a pane of glass missing which made it cold. breakfast was a bit limited for my taste

you need for a comfortable retreat is there including a roof top to take in the views and a spa bath which was

the plunge pool on the roof was amazing, thank you pedro and javi for looking after us

there is a small pool (which we didn t use) but perfect for cooling off

there are five rooms around a beautiful central courtyard and an upper terrace with dipping pool to relax

fantastic spa facilities, contemporary hotel in a superb location

the price is so much cheaper than the london spa as well

the spa is epic

people were really nice and the spa and ancient bath is 10/10
