and spa not in service i was not notified

spa not functioning

motel was a bit old, not many usb charging points, pool was closed

having the starbucks coffee bar in a central spot was nice

free parking, indoor pool, free wifi and close to restaurants and stores

hot water in the jacuzzi didn t work so i paid for a spa room & couldn t use

clean everything myself and it also smelled like cigarettes through the entire room i liked the spa tub but i

that's it was quite, loved the spa tub

on the day of my stay they call me and said they overbooked the spa room

front desk was very helpful she showed us a different room and was welling to show us one in no smoking

the spa tub was dirty, as if someone had just used it before we checked in

spa tub was falling apart maintenance stated he could only help but so much due to him leaving for

the area, the people, everything you need or forgot, this hotel has, minus a working spa tub.

but there was no breakfast included and the spa was closed

clean, quite, room service was great, and convenient

the spa was getting remodeled we wanted to relax at spa they didn't tell us until after we booked that

we both loved the spa amenities and treatment, all hotel staff were friendly and courteous

courtesy, welcoming attitude, spa services, quality of cuisine, accommodating staff, artwork.

the only thing that i didn't like was that the spa didn't have any nail services.

spa hot tub was not allowed to be used for some reason , signs posted we did use the pool but i

clean facilities staff was great pool and spa were clean and working.

i booked for a room with a spa tub but when i got there they said i booked for a regular room

not the room with the spa tub i had chosen and paid for

gym was mostly filled with cardio equipment and not a lot of weights

clean, neat, comfortable beds, the usual breakfast, small gym but that was enough for me

very reasonably price. clean rooms, and good breakfast. would definitely go back.

was not clean next to it had sticky stuff the bedroom was ok i was going to upgrade to the spa room but i m

the spa bath.

parking close to room, quiet. bed was comfortable.

also have a big parking lot

there were plenty of trees for shaded parking
