everything worked on the spa bath and the room didn t have a comforter on the bed so we had to buy ourselves

only thing i didn't like was a couple buttons didn't work on the spa bath & there was no lights working on the

got the king suite with spa bath & i loved how comfy the bed was

the room stunk and everything was wet from the spa bath in the room. it smelt like mildew

the only heart shaped spas were only on the second floor

were charged twice and we thought there would be a spa tub in the room and there was not

only thing is our room was located in the smoking section instead of non smoking but that was an oversight

convenient location to ford center quiet despite presence of casino free parking!!!!

we ended up in a smoking room and as soon as you got off the elevator it was very smelly

being in the smoking section .

bathroom sink would not drain, fridges did not have shelves, whirlpool tub in room was not clean, wifi barely

i did not care for the location or the people hanging out in the parking lot.

there were stains on the chair in the room, the hotel and parking lot seemed sketchy.

the staff was friendly when we checked in. parking lot was lit well. bed was comfortable.

the breakfast was very good

pool area was very crowded, lots of loud kids. bathroom is very small.

the build sits in a weird spot ( there are train tracks running through the parking lot ( never a saw any trains

breakfast, all day coffee, snack store, pet areas, pool, staff

pool cleaning machine was left in the pool the entire time we were there- the pool was a huge

rooms moved 4 times, black mold on ceiling,dead bugs in room food scraps on floor in kitchen area

pool was closed.
