nice location and very nice indoor pool

the bathtub was not very clean and a microwave in the room would have helped with our kids

the room was beautiful and spacious even though we could only see the parking lot from our window, but it was

the parking lot had huge puddles difficult to navigate.

the inn has other services you can totally fall in love with like, their in house spa

spa services were not available :( ( ps one of the reasons i choose this was for spa

my husband and i also enjoyed a couples massage in the spa and the staff was so friendly

im 6 8 a king would of been nice since thats what i booked the suite spa with king bed for

loved the balcony and the spa tub. please it was quiet with a nice view of the mountain

did not like that the the spa was not open they told us when we called that it was and it was

laundry machine broken, spa not available, no daily housekeeping in room

the spa was not working, haden't been and no schedule as to when it will be working

the access to the pool, the spa ( sauna ) area was out of order . the restrooms was disgusting.

the spa was not hot, as a matter of fact none of the water was really able to get hot.

the spa tub had brown stains, the spout plug didn't have a way to remove it once it was in the drain &

hot water in the facility and it all came out lukewarm, which reduces the enjoyment of a spa tub

she brought us plastic cups as soon as we called the front desk and fixed the spa tub for us when we could not

room was great, pet friendly for a cost, pool and spa made the cost worthwhile.

enough time to use the pool/spa and gym, i was only there for a couple of days

i especially enjoyed pool and spa hours, 6 am to 12 am, being able to make full use of this important amenity

some of the amenities were a bonus, like the breakfast for free in the morning, and the pool/spa area was a

pool has no one taking charge 20 kids in the jacuzzi and i sign that says no one under 18

at the grill and the sandwiches at the bistro, we didnt had chance to try the waterpark but the pool was nice,

from the comfy bed and jacuzzi tub, to the fireplace and space, it was better than any hotel in the area

we enjoyed the pool & food and location as well
