the spa definitely needed some updating

spa / pools , nice lobby , very quiet room , comfortable bed

also great spa and fitness center

amenities spa sauna and jacuzzi not working properly

the fireplace and kitchen in the studio.

spa tub was just what i needed after a long day of travel it was a take me away calgon moment

spa tube in the room was a nice unexpected value

the kitchenette was very handy to make meals and the oven baked some nice bread

recommend the single king room which is what we had, other party with us had smaller bed with a kitchen, had to

loved having a kitchen!

for pool and spa got none of these you overcharged for amenities no cleaning of rooms very unhappy you should

pool and spa closed

the fault of the hotel but a few guest (mainly family) groups monopolised the internal spa bath & pool which

it's a nice place. newer and clean. hot tub, spa was a great temperature.

pet friendly, staff were very pleasant

spa hot tub did not have towels, was dark and you have to go outside in the cold to access it

the breakfast and spa was ok

very friendly staff. comfortable room. great breakfast!

parking was limited

no laundry facilities

family of 4, great stay in grand lake. excellent kids area. nice restaurant with good service.

was terrible (teriyaki chicken bowl with no sauce think plain white rice) and there were about 15 kids running

the kitchen staff although extremely short staffed put out beautiful food in a very timely manner

balcony ended up being on top of the maintain/kitchen/facility/garage (not sure entirely) so it was a little

great location, great room, super comfy bed, everything you need, spa outside super convenient

the spa to stay open later

we brought our atvs with us on a trailer, and there was plenty of parking everything was very clean and the

loved the studio room. had agreat for place and kitchen set up.
