spa tub was nice

there was a druken gang having a tailgate bbq around their pickup truck & motorcycles in the parking lot outside

room i was issued was not the room i booked, the room was on a smoking hallway so the entire night it smelled

had a non smoking room, but smoke from the hall and other rooms went through the cracks in the door and made

the pool was clean and over all facility was clean and comfortable

the staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and well stocked, breakfast is consistent and love the great

the hotel also has a great pool and courtyard area

only thing we did not like was that we where in room 108 and the noise from the kitchen/maid service next door

there were a few bugs in the bathroom and in the kitchen

pool chairs were broken and the pads were dirty, the fitness center was next to the guest laundry with no door

the parking spaces were much too tight, & i did not appreciate housekeeping knocking on my door at as i

i called a couple that had 'indoor pool' - but no spa

doors not working; hard to get extra towels because told they were liked out of the laundry room; breakfast was

wifi wouldn't work on my phone

i didn't have time to use the pool, if i could have stayed longer i would have.

we loved the huge spa tub that was in our room

the room we stayed in was nice, well equipped and comfortable. the spa tub was very nice.

there was no steps or railings to get in & out of spa tub

plush soft robes & towels hang next to the overly large spa tubs & the basket of wash clothes hides a bath bomb

the pool was always crowded with kids

the bar staff was very accommodating

unit did not have spa bath, separate privacy door, 2nd living room nor attached patio described and coffee/tea

the music from the bar downstairs was so loud the floor was shaking - i found this unacceptable as it went on

was a shared kitchen just outside my room, so people would gather there, right by my door
