spa tub wasn t clean properly

floor in room was uneven. spa tub didn't look usable and damaged.

the pool could be larger when there's a lot of people.

the spa was out of order. the main reason for picking this location.

would have been nice for more space for the truck to maneuver, however next time i will simply park next to

electrical cord dangling in and out the pool,the spa or hot was out of order

staff was very polite, i appreciated the onsite laundry room.

wifi was so awful i had to use my phone hot spot for 3 days using up most of my data.

great staff, loved the breakfast! great room, clean facility! will be booking again!

we had 2 adults and 3 kids and you couldn't design it any better

pillows twice before placing them on beds, & please keep change for the laundry

it was hot. would have liked the pool to be open

i think the hotel should get security and/or cameras to monitor the parking lot

there was more than enough room for my husband and i plus our four kids

complaint had nothing to do with the hotel itself there was a group staying at the hotel and the kids were noisy

thing i didn't like was that the blinds did not shut all the way and the lights from the parking lot shined

didn't have to pay for parking available parking space

the breakfast was very good & a variety of choices. the bed was comfortable.
