carpet was damp and felt unclean there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the spa tub had lots of floaties

paid extra for suite with spa tub, didn't feel comfortable using it

friendly staff, very clean room. spa tub worked great, and there were plenty of towels.

the dirt in every corner of the room, the milipede in the spa tub, the nasty something on the lamp

clerk upgraded us to a king spa room which was unexpected and much appreciated

hotel was gorgeous, breakfast was delicious, pool and hot tub were great

room was clean and spacious the swimming pool and whirlpool was nice the gym was good the breakfast was nice

trip parking for 50$ a week

to the airport -staff went above and beyond- i came back with food poisoning and both the shuttle driver and

complaint we had a spa tub in our room and it was very hard to turn on and off because button sticks and the

location and pool for kids.

the kids running up and down the floor half the night and being on the 3rd floor

the kids upstairs running around and stomping.

breakfast had a variety of both cold and hot choices

water cold chose this location for the spa and it was closed

think the pool/spa and exercise room should be open 24/7.

rooms are very spacious everybody don t have to feel like your running into each other their pool is open so

stayed on a saturday night and they allowed a kids birthday party to use the pool

we enjoyed our comfy room and the spa and workout area

just found out that the spa is always booked so, i'll have to plan ahead next time but, there wasn't anything

the spa was closed

the staff at the spa were also very attentive and helpful

little kids couldn't get in the pool because they were all over the pool splashing

and having breakfast in the middle of a construction, workers are everywhere, even in the kitchen and dinner,

second day the key cards stopped working even though i paid for late check out which with everything that went

my grandkids had a blast in the pool
