the staff is cold and even a bit rude. the sauna // spa facilities truly need some work

a 4 star hotel a spa is a must

furthermore the spa outdoor space was below our window so we had constantly noise

a long time client of this hotel, without spa by the time i used to go there, found the spa just done to be able

use the sauna in the spa you have to ask at reception for them to switch it on which we didn't realise at first
