the parking was a bit too far but it was ok and safe where we had to park

breakfast is really tasty

the beach, pool, restaurant and supposed luxury amenities were not able to be fully utilized by guests because

from the moment i checked in , this resort should be classified as a bed and breakfast, lacked even the most

cleaner area by the private pool on the deck no one went in there because of it

it was a nice little walk to breakfast every morning and we were able to catch rides in the little carts back

next to the hotel running into the beach (not smelly though) no sun on our private terrace the pool is small

fraudulently charged my credit card after my departure, claiming i had stolen a beach bag and laundry bag from

the hotel pools are chlorinated; a salt water pool would be much nicer

the pool is also a great way to spend the day near the beach without getting bitten by those damn sand

at the restaurant was really good and you can order full menu and wine by the bottle for your room service

the two staff people i met were very friendly and helpful and the pool was nicely maintained

we had massages at their spa and i got a mani pedi

they cleaned up the dust on our verandah daily, and celeste offered us complimentary spa treatments in compensation

pool was being retiled, but owner, celeste, graciously gave guest $200 discount on spa package, and the most

stayed in two) were well appointed, spacious, clean and comfortable; plenty of hot water; owner and staff were

spa staff gossip a lot about their customers in spanish, and we could understand

the beach has shrunk all over west bay but still ample space for guests to lie comfortably in their beach chairs

stay at infinity bay spa and beach resort was nothing short of amazing

spa was supposed to be open sunday 10am-6pm i was told, but they never picked up the phone

bathroom faucets did not work well, the toilet did not flush well and even though they said the kitchen water

the pool was big and our kids had a blast meeting new friends on the property

snorkelled out to the drop off, relaxed on the deck chairs down by the beach, went to the spa for a massage

of kimpton - grand roatan resort and spa my stay at the kimpton - grand roatan resort and spa far exceeded our

location to snorkeling spa was incredible.
