com, the hotel is advertised to have wellness and spa but in fact it has not and there is only a beauty salon

i had very spotty wifi connection and the tv did not work

clean, quiet, easy access, plenty of parking, central location...

everything was clean, good shower, huge comfortable bed, parking, helpful staff

the hot tub (spa) or pool were working

pool/spa area was moldy, esp by spa. our room was kind of noisy from traffic on highway.

pool was not heated and not inviting with children splashing and screaming. spa out of order.

she was extremely friendly, bringing coloring pages for our kids and always willing to check for alternative

horrible service probably due to staffing issues with kids back at school and the fall out from the pandemic

skilled at efficiently handling any questions or concerns (i had not booked the room option e the breakfast as
