waitress in the tavern was awesome. kids loved the pool and hot tub.

after 1 hour and our kids getting traumatized, we told them to change the room

maintenance did come and got the spa to turn on but when it did it got very foamy and a suffocating chemical

main lobby/bar area was beautiful and we enjoyed drinks in the bar both evenings

the lodges, the rooms were spacious and beautiful, our balcony was great with a nice view

i did not have time to take advantage of the spa, but several people came out of the spa looking relaxed

we also loved that the hotel was pet friendly

kitchenette was nice to have but was poorly supplied with utensils and cookware

much, dark, gloomy hotel, outdated and pool and spa not open which was an attraction for selecting hotel
