cleanliness of room, pool area, common areas

the pool is small for that sz of hotel lots of kids

the wifi wasn t working properly so i wasn t able to do any school work on my computer

she was beyond amazing and helpful with all the kids and the food and drinks were great

the laundry room, 1 dryer was out of order and no chair to sit to wait for your laundry to finish

the pool and spa are spotless

breakfast was very good

friendly staff and room service breakfast was delicious

com was problematic because it included a breakfast and dinner package

i know you can unload first then park, but not always feasible situation when traveling with kids by yourself

pool/sauna/spa were clean

in-room spa jets were incredibly weak but by that time we were settled in for the night

i love the pull out bed 4 my kids and was very clean

the spa bath is the main reason we booked the room

was pleasantly surprised with the space and layout of the room we booked
