the spa is new and the facility and staff are amazing

they also had great parking and a tavern built into the hotel

wonderful to have a full service bar and restaurant within the property

spa run under separate management so no billing to room, glad i had credit card

got there early in afternoon and room was ready. spa was fabulous! food was very good:)

michaels which also allows easy parking and walk to the water

was off season so they gave me a free upgrade to a lovely room with a gas fireplace

could have been a little more for the price tv in front room did not work spa options and information were not

lack of information on spa treatments.

the restaurant and spa were right on the property so there was no need for us to go very

we stayed with our dog and two kids and we felt very welcomed all together

wish the room had a mini fridge wish breakfast had a little more to choose from each day

for a part chef owned restaurant the breakfast was silly

hours of restaurant and bar could be expanded

we enjoyed biking, canoeing, swimming in the pool, sitting by a fire and playing yard games

no fridge, tiny bathroom, no desk or chair and the wifi appeared not to work out in end rooms of the bunglaows

to get wifi in room; no phone in room to call front desk; no curtain on windows and door; some blinds were

pool with water view-poolside drinks delivered. crab shack. all free outdoor activities.

spa was booked and we could not get a massage!

rooms in swimming pool area not well maintained, no slippers for spa area in the room, thin and tiny bathrobes

the spa tub was closed and they just serve grab and go breakfast, we didn't try it

the spa is a little pricey although i did not use the facilities. i'll have to save up.

the spa is top-notch as are the food at knoxie s and the accommodations

i enjoy when accommodations, food and spa are all at the same location

the food, spa and accommodations have everything you need
