the spa for my wife and i was great

the spa services are super expensive but we enjoyed it nonetheless

they got rid of the amazing smelling spa soaps that came with the room

spa (indoor pool and steam shower) was not perfect (steam room was smelly like mold and dirty,

staff, wonderful accommodations during covid, gorgeous adult pool for lounging or laps and beautiful beach

indoor pool and spa were very nice

the kids enjoyed the pool area and we enjoyed the ocean view

loved how close we were to the beach, and we used the pool/hot tub with kids a lot.

breakfast included was extensive and excellent

great for families with kids

spa only worked for three days

bought a king ocean spa room and got a queen

the spa was wonderful especially after a day of shopping and touring

we loved the tiki bar and grill outside for lunches

free breakfast would have been nice. but they had a great buffet anyway.

i also asked about the pet policy and the lady told me it was a one time fee of $50 per pet

they allow pets and have one of the best pet fees around

know this is standard in the hotel industry, but i don't like the $25 per night pet fee

parking is tight, but don t stop us! yeah

there was a kitchenette in the room so we were able to cook a lot of meals in which saved a ton of money

wifi didn't work for both the days i was there

i was not informed of any spa options

free breakfast every morning with a variety helped us save money during our stay with our kids

gym was terrible

from the front desk to the breakfast attendant, housekeeping and maintenance

were supposed to have a bay view , but the only thing we could see was the swimming pool ud83dude33 other than

hot spa water was not hot on one day, next day they have fixed it though

the room was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bedding was clean and neat, and seen no bugs

was dirty, no trash cans, dirty floors (stains), no info for tv, wifi terrible

the hot tub and pool were great when the beach was too hot

spa still down 5 years later. door and wall hide it at least.

the pool was set to a colder than ideal temperature and the spa being closed wasn t of any use to me

the pool deck area is pretty small, but even adding a couple of spa benches - like literally 2 - and some hooks

the pool was freezing and smaller than it appears and the attached spa tub wasn't hot.

the indoor pool and spa created a tremendous amount of humidity in the building, forget about hanging your

price, location, pool and spa area very clean, fresh towels in the am, timely service with

it for someone else the key wouldn t work because of the changes i wasn t able to enjoy the spa not pool

the location, balcony, smart tvs, pool, and spa were excellent.

excellent weather, the view was amazing, lovely parking. very enjoyable staycation!
