location and family friendly hotel with a lovely restaurant, i was gutted i didn't get to try the spa or pool

so friendly, food great, pool and spa clean, room large and comfy. welcoming

loved the huge kitchen which led out to a lovely courtyard which was lovely to sit in the morning with a cup of

nothing. it was genuinely excellent. kitchen downstairs was also lovely.

they have a turn down service which is lovely and the use of the spa is an added bonus here and the gym

our room was at the front of the hotel, looking out over the canal, very spacious and well equipped, air

spa is quiet and clean

the room was very spacious, clean and nicely set out with a very large and comfortable bed

but it also meant you got the spa (and outdoor hot tub) to

the spa service was wonderful--i only wish i had more time to enjoy it

stay with friends at killeavy castle estate,enjoyed the spa and the food was amazing
