well no breakfast as advertized.everyone nice .quiet got good sleep

loud obnoxious people at the bar area of the restaurant when entering lobby.

expected the breakfast to be continental breakfast

my room was near some machine that was on all night maybe the laundry

only negative thing i can think of is that i think the restaurant and bar should have longer hours

loved the pool and spa our 2 year old enjoyed the pool as well

jets of spa very weak, maybe need cleaning or adjusting

room was comfortable. head of housekeeping was very helpful. pool and spa were great.

and pillows very comfortable, long hours of spa availability, staff is very attentive to customers

cleanliness, heated pool, guest service, location.

you have the casino inside shopping area and spa room

the spa suites is a must do. very nice wifey was super happy

booked for a king size bed with a spa room,but when i got there a little after the room wasn't even cleaned yet

up(not advertised before booking) and when we turned the water on it came out brown and the spa jets had sand/

spa didn t work and the jacuzzi didn t work and no exercise room but it was still a nice stay

pool not open or spa but i do understand it's cause of pandemic ...
