bit dusty in the underground parking, but cant really complain when there is underground parking

booked mostly because of the pool for our kids to play and only booked a 1 night stay - we were told by staff

i didn t like the fold out bed, the kids didn t mind it at all though, so it worked!!

we booked this room for the spa tub assuming the hot tub would be busy, and it definitely paid off

on the other hand, i paid the extra for the spa tub at the room and in the pictures looked a little bit bigger

the property was spa ious enough and i loved that my group were all able to have separate beds

outdoor hottub which was great to relax in esepcially in when cold outside, great feeling almost spa like

there are two giant washing machines and tumble dryers in the onsite coin operated laundry facilities which

complimentary wine and cheese, complimentary coffee and cold water and great laundry facilities

wifi was not good enough for video calls. had to tether to my phone.

was hopping to put the fireplace but i was told it wasn't possible during summer

my room must have been above/ near the laundry room. i heard the dryers most of the night..

the pool was amazing and the hot spa as well

the aquatic area was first rate with a large pool and spa with the facility

close proximity to banff and the waterslide / spa was great after a long day of hiking

only that they were not permitted in certain areas such as the spa and pool

softer or there could be a dimmer switch for the bathroom so it can be turned down when using the spa tub
