arrived at around 5pm and needed to do some laundry, the lady at reception said that the laundrette would be

the staff were very helpful with driving us back and forth to the parking lot when we wanted the car

for us at a nearby restaurant, for copies of menu for us to preorder, gave us directions to laundry, convenience

the one-bedroom villa was spacious and comfortable

i didn t get the chance to utilize any of the spa services but they had a lot of offerings

the size of the room, bed, pool, and the compactness/proximity of everything at the resort

nobody is hogging the loungers, lots of areas to sit and relax, great service at the bar and tasty reasonably

absolutely beautiful and we loved the bar and pool area which offered much relaxation and was situated next to

the service at the restaurant, pool bar, and spa were top notch

cucumber treatment @ butterflies spa (for sunburn on back) was fantastic (thks jodeen)

room service is not offered, there s no spa on the property and there are times that you can t get any food

wasn't clear that the spa wasn't part of the resort

we also enjoyed the butterflies spa massages

there are bikes you can take into town, kayaks and paddle boards and the big dock bar is very fun

light and lots of colorful accents and our particular room had an outdoor shower and plunge pool

there is also an amazing strangler fig on property by the pool bar

the area of the property where my room was located had no wifi.

wifi signal was hit and miss.

the free breakfast was so fresh

2 desserts & the drinks from the bar were amazing

the room was a good size and clean and parking was very convenient

we were a little concerned that there wasn't enough parking, but it was never an issue for us.

very cool how each aspect of living: kitchen, sleeping quarters, bathroom, etc were spaced out

my daughter and i delighted in the natural swimming pool, giggled through trails of natural beauty as the joy

particular unit didn t have a kitchen, but they had a wonderful shared kitchen that we cooked meals in

via the hands and kitchen of italian food masters

and hummingbirds, and a pond we stayed in a room with toilets outside and with a shared kitchen and dining

during my visit to belize, stuning area and surroundaing, near orange farm and the jungle, the bar next to river

from the person plunge pool to the activities, everything was extraordinary

mosquito netting was a bit worn out giving limited protection and there was no wifi ( we did however get periodic

so the kids could look over the wall from the top bunk into our bedroom

a christian high school graduation going on when we arrived, so because of the small amount of parking we had

we didn't mind no wifi, but to use wifi briefly was through our staff person who seemed annoyed by providing
