desk staff was understanding of my long flight and gave me an early check in even when i totally did not realized

clean, comfortable room and helpful staff. quality of room service food was surprisingly good.

the whirlpool spa wasn't working

the cooked to order breakfast was very good but the menus provided never mentioned a kids selections although

hotel also boasts a swimming inside pool, perfect for some fun-filled water activities with the kids

everything was great until the manager start to made my kids sad

golf channel is not on cable tv, and it took a long time for the tv programming to start after

the kids were upset that the pool was taken out

no room service no people who want to have a job, no house cleaning

the staff was not nice to our kids that stayed

great prompt service. room service was good. robe was brought to me upon request.

restaurant and bar on-site is also nice

to reach the front desk or valet would have been very helpful, as well as information on the spa and restaurant

night clerk wendy was rude, abrupt and made us pay $100 cash for a pet fee

a 16 hour flight and early morning landing, i was able to secure an early check in, which was hugely appreciated
