spa is excellent

main pool.was empty of water, and was being worked on. but the salt water spa pool was fzntastic

spa was closed while everything else was open and that is the whole reason we booked this

rooms are nice and clean, the location is convenient, the spa is perfect to relax and recover

room service breakfast fantastic spa - use of steam, sauna, jacuzzi, salt water pool all complimentary

spa could be slightly bigger, needs more of a wow factor.

spa opens at 10 which is too late. no access to steam room until 10.

if there is a spa in the hotel it would be great.

temperture control, wifi connection and unfriendly staff were enough to make me decide never to come here again

the airport shuttle was not available when we needed it

gym was too small and i expected them to have a decent sauna/steam room but they had a tiny sauna

the indoor pool was very cold and a bummer because we came just to take the kids swimming.

breakfast area was over crowded and food ran out quickly. we ended up eating elsewhere.

newly remodeled room....soft bed they had a small bar next to lobby

the waitress which is also the bar tender named sabrina she was so sweet and made sure to always check up on

pool, jacuzzi, bar, breakfast.

not allowed to take it back to your room or to your family members still sleeping, especially kids
