spa needs to be bigger.

are building a spa area when the rooms are what needed to be updated

hot tub/spa too small.

beds were small(fulls not queens) but comfortable, pool, spa and sauna were all clean and working

the location was convenient to the manchester airport and the complementary airport shuttle was appreciated

the wifi didnt work in our room

the wifi they promise isn't strong enough to work or reach anywhere in the hotel and forces

i needed to get some work done, but was barely able to check my email, as wifi has been dropping and really

had the sealing leaking from above into the spa jacuzzi waking us up early in the morning contacted them about

it was conveniently located, they had 24-hour shuttle service, and amazingly polite employees!

i liked the breakfast but it could of been a little more things to choose from.
