the spa was out of order i was not told till i saw that note on the door

spa bath jets were not working, & i was told maintenance would come up but they never did

check-in easy and friendly. hotel is pet friendly. breakfast was great.

kids loved the open air design of the hotel

the pool and hot tub were very nice

loved the room, the pool and spa and the limewood restaurant and bar.

the food at provisions was excellent and the spa staff were lovely

it is pet friendly and not too noisy but the smell was overwhelming and window opened to a lower rooftop

the breakfast and the gym is great. everyone is friendly and respectful

for it but could have used the berkeley ymca facilities in the building including gym and indoor pool as part

access to kitchen. had my own fridge!!

they use disposables in the kitchen so take your own reusables: plate, cup, flatware, if this matters to you

not having enough spa baths this place is amazing it is very clean very quiet the staff is very friendly the

the only thing i didn't like was that there are not enough rooms with spa bath.

room look exactly as the picture that was a plus for me and the spa bath was perfect as well
