was no pool

breakfast was a little small..

pool closed breakfast only on saturday and sunday and it was very limited

toilet seat was loose. don t expect much for breakfast, but they do have a waffle maker.

i didn t have breakfast

room was supposed to have a spa tub. it did not! also room keys only worked once in awhile

nice variety of breakfast food

charged me pet fee for my service dogs

wifi was unreliable, the room was old and dingy

one side of parking lot was pitch black and we needed to use our flashlights to bring in our things

clean and close to the highway. also had ample parking for trucks.

difficulty of getting into the correct parking lot to the hotel

arrived at hotel at 745pm and the parking lot was pitch black

old dried boogers on the arm chair, the spa tub needed to be recleaned, hard water stains around the jets,

spa tub did not work

also, the noise from the spa tub was deafening

it was clean people were friendly ease of parking and the spa tube was great

booked a room with a spa tub and it was amazing

pool and spa was great

gave us a free upgrade to a spa king room and it was incredible

i just got a spa room for myself to getaway for the night and my crazy household lol and it literally made my

things were good for the most part. i liked the gym in comparison to other hotels.

there wasn t any towels around the pool and the spa area had a musty smell to

there was large clumps of brown material at the bottom of the indoor pool and the spa was so cloudy it looked

in room jacuzzi spa was rusted and the paint was peeling- we never used it bc it was so bad looking

felt uncomfortable with the group of guys drinking in the parking lot when we were going and coming from dinner

the room and pool, the bed was very comfortable

also appreciated that it was pet friendly

location and pet friendly for our blizzard 2022 urgent hotel need

rude staff at check in. rude about traveling with pet when clearly listed as pet friendly

everywhere was clean and orderly, from the parking lot to the lobby and the hallway.

will visit again. even with just juice and muffins for breakfast, was still an enjoyment.

would have used the bar had it been open sunday and assumed it would not be open monday so went elsewhere

there was a bar and restaurant included in the building

the spa was nothing working then i left it was working i felt like they were being racist

no pay pet view movies. no bath tub in room

no cycling machine in the gym/fitness centre.

the spa tub which they considered a hot tub, was so small... it's a normal size bath tub...

it was clean, the breakfast was great and it was very quiet

the breakfast was very good we will be back

it would also be nice if there were adults only time in the pool like there is at other hotels

from my perspective, there were plenty of parking spaces for vehicles
