i called room service four times to request help with turning on the fireplace and no one came

from the registration to serving in the restaurant, to the massages, starting a fire in our fireplace, and even

with the staff as it seems they don t have much experience with people who aren t fluent in spanish

pools very hot and warm, excellent to enjoy family at facility and barbecue, pools very clean and

the strategic locations of the various pools, the steaming hot water, the indoor pool beautiful

good breakfast. nice woodsy location, spring water plenty warm! staff were nice.
