order the spa suite and paid extra , no spa suite available

booked a spa suite and did not get what i paid for when i told the front desk worker he said it was nothing

spa with sauna is listed in hotel amenities, which is not true

breakfast was better than most we have had at similar types of hotels

due to the circumstances breakfast was fine

liked the pool area although disappointed the spa was not in working condition.

pool was open but hot tub spa was broken and unavailable

though we did not use it, it was nice that the hotel has an indoor pool/spa area that we will definitely take

leaving the room completely dark and humid, no guide for tv and was not very clear , also the wifi completely

fact that they advertised the pool being open but it wasn't was the only downside and they also advertised a

i liked that it had wifi that actually worked and the heat kicked in and the room was warm.

after booking me in person that tried to charge me extra in the morning for my pet

get downstairs we were also in the back back parking lot, looked under construction, trash, beer bottles, dirt

the kitchen ett was nice but not needed coffee pot was a plus the main entrance area it was nice

location, comfy bed, quick check-in, small kitchen, clean we will be back!!!

i requested a late check out online but was told there was no record of it

it was ok although we didn't get a twin bed. $75 for pet was not mentioned

the breakfast was great, they had great customer service, and the room was so clean and big enough for

the location was good with 2 nice restaurants across the parking lot and 2 fast food places just across the

room and breakfast where very good.

good location, modern, nice breakfast bar, bed was very comfortable, it was quiet

microwave and fridge. also liked the laundry room.

the room was very clean and great customer service. we really enjoyed our pool and spa time.

clean, valet team was extremely helpful and nice, room service for breakfast was perfect and reasonably priced

great water pressure and heat, exceptionally friendly staff, great view from room, loved heated pool and pool

ordered room service for dinner, and was delighted at the plant based options on the menu.
