spa facilities weren t very nice

was pleasant and well- equipped with good tv and free wifi

the bar downstairs was a lovely place to relax and the location was perfect for us

we also enjoyed breakfast in the morning

i used the spa which was very relaxed and exactly what i needed, the spa receptionist showed me around and i

10/10 for everything including spa treatments.

are no blinds on the windows and the spa room overlooks a busy shopping centre and walkway so people walking

were upgraded to the spa room when we arrived which is absolutely gorgeous

we'd be more than happy to come back to this hotel however we'd be sure to not stay in the spa room

are a group of 5 ladies who came to chester for a day at the christmas markets, a spa afternoon and then a meal
