we rented the room with a spa and they didn't have enough hot water to even fill the tub

a positive note, the spa was absolutely wonderful everything from the jacuzzi to the hot tea and cozy

can be quite pricey as are options for the spa and shops within the resort but this is to be expected for on

they had no day passes for the spa facilities

the only negative, the pool water was cold. anyway we can get a better pool heater?

it s was great place wifi was messed up but beautiful villa and view who needed wifi

pet friendly, the river, the bed, and hottub the staff was so accommodating and nice

we did mention the lack of forks in the kitchen and the staff was prepared to bring us more, but we had already

very limited kitchen supplies in the luxury cabin.

visit in the middle of november was when they had stopped room service, no staff, also the dining room was closed

the fitness center - which is not in the terrace where we stayed, but over near the boat rental/pool etc

while i loved this facility, i’m not sure i’d stay again with the smaller kids

enjoyed the pool and spa area, however our favorite spot was the creek

we had an issue with the spa tub. the staff moved us to an upgraded room that was much nicer.
