chose the spa room and couldn t have been happier

the king spa room is nicely laid out, the bed very comfortable.

we stayed in the king spa suite and it was worth every penny

the in room spa tub was relaxing and worked properly

closed due to covid, would have been nice if they had stayed open for carry out or offered room service at least

and we arrived back at the hotel after the pool had closed and the staff

parking lot was shared with a few other stores so i felt like there was more of a chance of

the bed pillows were not comfortable at all. the bar closed extremely early.

disappointed that the pool and spa were being worked on.light sewer odor in third floor hall.

wasn't working or spa were given opportunity to go to a nearby hilton but it's not the same as having it in same

so we got our suits on and went down to the pool area only to find a broken spa and a less than clean pool

nothing was done in the three days we were there, except for a sign placed on the door saying the spa was out

we had the pool and spa area to ourselves

we tried to get into the spa but it was booked and we tried to walk to the grounds but there was lawn maintenance

our experience at the spa was wonderful

the spa personnel were definitely not up to par with a spa experience that charges the same prices i

the spa at the inn looked well-appointed in passing, but i did not have an opportunity to use this

the room really a junior suite was spacious with a separate bedroom, living room and bath

package which includes champagne , chocolate covered strawberries, and rose petals and special spa supplies for

we had our makeup done at the spa and amber was amazing

we booked services at the spa in the hotel and that was really lovely

room 434 was as requested away from the elevator, however it was over/under a gym or something that was creating

we enjoyed the pool and noted it felt spa like surrounded by all those beautiful flowers

the breakfast in an artistic dining room is more enjoyable than the ones in chain hotels

says the pool is open and heated, but it is closed for the season

tv was poor. bad reception. not a big deal. kids everywhere! teams and large groups.

an earlier start is preferable for travelers, though kitchen staff did begin to put items out earlier than 7:

the pool was closed.

the hotel is in a close proximity to a great pub if you don't feel like leaving the parking lot

friendly staff, plenty of parking and there's a nice spot for dinner right beside it
