the room and the spa facilities were superb

spa was an amazing experience

spa facilities need a revamp and paint

while we were there we used the spa are as we had treatments, bar, restaurant & front of house staff dropped

the rooms i cannot even describe how amazing they were, spacious beyond belief classy as anything, bathroom

so helpful and friendly, we had spa treatments along with use of the sauna, hot tub and cold tank

the spa area is beautiful and clean we enjoyed that time there and the baby too

the moment we met staff at front desk to all staff, including the spa staff everybody was v helpful and friendly

a spa would be a nice addition ;)

thought the spa facilities were not up to scratch there was a sauna and steamroom but it was right next to the

great leisure center with pool, spa pool, sauna and steam room

was issues with the water and we didn't have ability to try the swimming pool or other spa facilities

was no crisps or nuts in the bar and the only vending machine was in the spa area which closed at a certain time

it was great to get to use the pool/spa facilities

the large room we had was very sparse, and seemed to be disoriented layout and restricting door egress

wifi didn't work in our room and our door lock was not working properly

we had two treatments each in the spa which were some of the best we have had

the spa and jacuzzi area were very relaxing

the spa was a delight, as were the pool and jacuzzi offering

we got massages the following morning in the spa and i the facilities were outstanding, will definitely stay

spa was fully booked when we arrived. couldn't get in the friday or sat. morning.

the staff were wonderful the location with views for breakfast and the spa was 10/10
