moved to a lovely room as the one we had stank of cigarettes with no problems and the pool and spa were wonderful

room was cold, the bedside lamp did not work, i could not get the tv or wifi to work and on the second day i

the whole hotel was spotless clean, the staff especially aiden at the bar was top notch service

loo brush (pet hate of mine), nowhere to hang our coats (another pet hate) and television channels were a bit
